中国企业跨国并购研究现状、热点与整合框架---基于Citespace的可视化分析

Status,Hot Spots and Integrated Framework of Research on Cross-border M&A of Chinese Enterprises---A Visual Analysis Based on Citespace

在我国“一带一路”政策支持下,随着国际投资的不断增长,中国企业在海外开展跨国并购的数量也随之增加。鉴于此,本研究采用文献计量法,以“中国企业跨国并购”“中国企业海外收购”“中国企业海外并购”为主题关键词进行检索,以最终所得554篇中文核心期刊文献为研究对象,运用Citespace软件,从发文数量、机构及作者合作网络、研究关键词等方面进行可视化分析,旨在分析该领域内研究现状及研究热点,并根据所得研究结果梳理中国企业跨国并购研究整合框架。

With the policy support of the Belt and Road Initiative and the continuous growth of international investment,the number of Chinese enterprises involved in overseas mergers and acquisitions also increases.In view of this,this study adopts the bibliometrical method,with such keywords as“cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises”,“overseas acquisitions of Chinese enterprises”and“overseas mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises”for retrieval.With 554 Chinese core journal papers as the research object,the paper used Citespace to conduct a visual analysis of the number of publications,institutions and authors'cooperation network,and research keywords,etc.,aiming at analyzing the research status and hot spots in this field.It also produced an integrated framework of research on Chinese enterprises'cross-border mergers and acquisitions according to the research findings.
