产品关联标准实施效果评价方法及其在电力企业中的应用初探

Preliminary Study on Evaluation Method of Implementation Effect of Product Association Standards and Its Application in Electric Enterprises

我国启动标准化改革,将开展标准实施后评估作为重点工作内容之一。本文在分析总结国内外标准实施效果评价做法的基础上,考虑电力企业的经营生产特点,设计了一套基于某项产品的一组标准的评价方法,以服务于标准的闭环管理,提高标准的应用价值。

In the standardization reform of China,the post-evaluation of standards has been taken as one of the top priorities.Based on the analysis and summary of some unique methods for evaluating the standards implementation effect at home and abroad and the characteristics of production and operation in electric power enterprises,this article designs an evaluation method for a set of standards based on one product in order to serve the closed-loop management and improve the application value of standards.
