兴安盟沙果高质量发展标准体系构建研究

Study on the Construction of High-quality Development Standards System for Shaguo in Hinggan League

沙果作为兴安盟当地的优势特色林果产业已具备一定发展空间,但现有的产业发展结构不平衡,收购环节薄弱,保鲜储藏加工能力不足及产品质量管控等方面存在的问题很多,现亟需通过标准化手段规范优势特色兴安盟沙果全产业链发展,填补产业空缺,完善全产业链各环节控制流程,提高产品品质技术指标水平,从而提升沙果产业整体水平。本文以立足兴安盟沙果产业需求为导向,结合兴安盟地区沙果产业发展现状,通过开展兴安盟沙果标准体系研究,建立科学合理、符合产业发展实际需要的标准体系建设规划,以期为兴安盟沙果产业发展及自治区优势特色产业发展提供技术支撑,并为兴安盟沙果产业高质量发展指明发展方向,助力自治区优势特色农畜产品走向全国、走向国际。

As a local advantagous and characteristic forest and fruit industry of Hinggan League,Shaguo industry has certain development space.However,there are many problems such as unbalanced industrial development structure,weak acquisition links,insufficient preservation,storage and processing capabilities,and inadequate product quality control.It is urgent to standardize the development of the entire industry chain of Shaguo in Hinggan League through standardized means,fill the industry gap,improve the control processes of all links in the entire industry chain,improve the level of product quality and technical indicators,thereby enhancing the overall level of the Shaguo industry.Guided by the needs of the Hinggan League's Shaguo industry,this article introduces the current development status of the Shaguo industry in the Hinggan League.Through conducting research on the Hinggan League's Shaguo standards system,a scientific and reasonable plan for the construction of the standards system that meets the actual needs of industrial development is established to provide technical support for the development of the Hinggan League's Shaguo industry and the advantageous and characteristic industries of the autonomous region,point out the development direction for the high-quality development of the Hinggan League's Shaguo industry,and assist the autonomous region in promoting its advantageous and distinctive agricultural and livestock products nationwide and internationally.
