经过大量检验检测、走访生产企业工艺发现,蒸压加气混凝土砌块作为主要的建筑材料,存在着干密度偏大、抗压强度偏小、保温效果不好等不同程度的质量问题,主要由于企业自检能力较弱,缺乏标准化生产体系建设,市场竞争恶性循环等原因造成。生产企业可以通过严格控制生产工艺,完善企业质量体系建设,制定正确使用蒸压加气混凝土砌块产品手册等方法提高产品质量和使用功效。

After a large number of inspection and testing and visits to the production of enterprise technology,it is found that autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,as the main building materials,have some quality problems such as high dry density,low compressive strength and bad heat preservation effect.They are mainly because of the weak self-inspection ability of enterprises and the lack of standardized production system construction.The production enterprises can improve the quality system construction by strictly controlling the production process,make the right use of autoclaved aerated concrete block product manual and other methods to improve product quality and use efficiency.
