胶粘剂中苯含量的不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation of Benzene Content in Adhesives

本文依据GB 18583-2008《室内装饰装修材料胶粘剂中有害物质限量》中规定的实验条件,采用气相色谱法测定胶粘剂中苯含量。并依据GB/T 27418-2017《测量不确定度评定与表示》,从样品制备、样品重复性、标准溶液、标准曲线、仪器设备五个方面对胶粘剂中苯含量的不确定度分量进行量化。经拟合计算,胶粘剂中苯含量测量结果的合成标准不确定度为0.090 g/kg,胶粘剂中苯含量的测定结果为:(1.61±0.18)g/kg,k=2。

According to the experimental conditions specified in GB18583-2008,Indoor decorating and refurbishing materials-Limit of harmful substances of adhesives,the benzene content in adhesives is determined by gas chromatography.According to GB/T 27418-2017,Guide to the evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement,the uncertainty component of benzene content in adhesive is quantified in five aspects:sample preparation,sample repeatability,standard solution,standard curve and instrument.After fitting calculation,the synthetic standard uncertainty of the measurement result of benzene content in adhesive is 0.090g/kg,and the measurement result of benzene content in adhesive is(1.61±0.18)g/kg,k=2.
