Analysis of the Whole Process Standardization Management of Project Construction

现阶段,国内正处于经济发展的重要时期,各类工程的投资与建设也逐渐增多。但多数工程均存在施工周期较长,投入资金较多等显著特征,除了需要足够的资金支持外,还需要多个部门的团结协作,以及科学而完善的管理措施,才能确保工程建设的顺利完成和工程的竣工质量。本文主要就标准化管理的内涵、重要性、当前现状进行分析,并对其在工程建设全过程中的具体应用展开阐述,以期为今后的相关研究提供重要的参考与依据。

At present,the domestic economy is in an important period of development,and a large amount of funds will be provided every year for the investment and construction of all kinds of projects.However,most of the projects have long construction period,more investment and other significant characteristics.In addition to sufficient financial support,the unity and cooperation of multiple departments,as well as scientific and perfect management measures are also needed,in order to ensure the smooth completion of the project construction and the quality of the project.This paper mainly analyzes the connotation,importance and current situation of standardization management,and summarizes its specific application in the whole process of engineering construction,in order to provide important reference and basis for future related research.
