摘要
高校教师行为失范事件的发生,造成了一定社会负面影响。主要原因是高校师德水平评价标准难以约束教师的日常行为。为此,应完善高校师德水平评价标准的建设,将其作为高校教师的日常行为规范。本文探讨了高校师德水平评价标准的具体内容,分析了当前高校师德水平评价标准建设存在的问题,并结合实践提出了明确评价标准、提高评价的针对性、改进管理措施的具体策略,旨在发挥出高校师德评价标准的约束功能,以内化外治的方式促进高校教师师德水平的提高。
Incidents of irregular behavior of college teachers have occurred frequently,which has caused certain negative social impacts.The main reason is that the evaluation standards of teachers'moral level in colleges and universities are difficult to restrict the daily behavior of teachers.In order to reverse the above situation,the construction of the evaluation standards of teachers'moral level in colleges and universities should be improved and regarded as the daily behavior norms of college teachers.In view of this,this paper discusses the specific content of the evaluation standards of college teachers'moral level,analyzes the existing problems in the current construction of the evaluation standards of college teachers'moral level,and puts forward specific strategies for clarifying the evaluation standards,improving the pertinence of evaluation,and improving management measures based on practice,which is expected to give play to the constraint function of the evaluation standards of college teachers'moral level and promote the improvement of college teachers'moral level by internalization and external governance.
