高校辅导员育人工作规范化路径探究

Exploring the Standardized Path of Ideological and Political Work of Counselors in Colleges and Universities

为解决高校中辅导员开展育人工作时存在的相关问题,本文以高校辅导员育人工作规范路径为例,结合我国目前高校辅导员育人工作的现状,对育人工作的重要性予以深入分析,并在过程中调查得到影响育人工作开展的主要原因,并给出针对性的解决措施,以期为相关人员提供参考。辅导员在开展育人工作时能够潜移默化地影响学生的自我思想教育,建立相对完善的自我思想理念。因此,在开展育人工作时需要提升辅导员的参与性,指导并帮助学生建立正确的三观与思想观念,同时也能够让学生初步了解社会压力。

To solve the problems in the ideological and political work,this paper takes the standardized path of college and university counselors'ideological and political work as an example,deeply analyzes the importance of the ideological and political work combined with the current situation of their ideological and political work,and gives targeted solutions in the process of investigating the main reasons of ideological and political work,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.The counselor can influence the students'self-ideological education and establish a relatively perfect selfideology in their education work.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the participation of the counselors in the education work,guide and help the students to establish the correct three views and ideas,and also can let the students have a simple understanding of the social pressure.
