高职院校兼职教师标准化管理的对策探讨

摘要 为了弥补高职院校师资资源的不足,高职院校聘请一部分兼职教师已成为常态。在高职教育中,兼职教师也发挥着至关重要的作用。而兼职教师自身的特点导致提升教学质量和效果有一定难度,要解决好这一问题,需要从强化高职院校师资队伍建设工作,结合政府部门、兼职教师任职特点等方面着手,探索高职兼职教师的标准化管理策略,打造一支高质量、高水平的高职兼职教师队伍,完善教师的标准化管理体系。 In order to make up for the shortage of teacher resources in higher vocational colleges,it has become normal for higher vocational colleges to hire some part-time teachers.In higher vocational education,part-time teachers also play a crucial role.However,the characteristics of the part-time teachers themselves make it difficult to improve the teaching quality and effect.To solve this problem well,it needs to be carried out in many aspects.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges,explore the standardized management strategy of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,combine the characteristics of part-time teachers,build a high-quality and high-level team of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,and improve the standardized management system of teachers.
