应对幼小标准化衔接“小学化”的实践对策研究

摘要 《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》指出:“幼儿教育是基础教育的重要内容,也是学校教育的奠基阶段。幼儿园要与家庭、社区紧密合作,充分发挥各类教育资源优势,为幼儿发展提供有利的环境”。幼小标准化衔接是促使幼儿适应小学教育的必经阶段,对幼儿的成长至关重要。但是部分幼儿园为了获得家长的认可,在幼小标准化衔接的过程中存在“小学化”倾向,造成幼儿压力过大,很难保证充足的时间休闲娱乐,导致幼儿出现厌学的情绪,甚至排斥上幼儿园。因此要加强对幼小衔接“小学化”的研究,总结存在的问题和不足,并且提出针对性措施,确保幼小标准化衔接既能够符合幼儿成长发育需求,又能够全面培养幼儿的各项能力,尽快适应小学活动。 “Kindergarten Education Guidelines(trial)”pointed out that“early childhood education is an important content of basic education,but also the foundation stage of school education.Kindergartens should cooperate closely with families and communities,give full play to the advantages of various educational resources,and provide a favorable environment for children's development.”The transition from kindergarten to primary school is a necessary stage for children to adapt to primary education and it is very important for children's growth.However,in order to gain the recognition of parents,some kindergartens have the“primary school-oriented”tendency in the process of standardized transition from kindergarten to primary school,resulting in too much pressure on children,insufficient time for leisure and entertainment,weariness of learning,and even exclusion of kindergarten.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the“primary school-oriented”transition from kindergarten to primary school,sum up the existing problems and shortcomings,and put forward targeted measures to ensure that the standardized transition from kindergarten to primary school can not only meet the needs of children's growth and development,but also comprehensively cultivate children's abilities and adapt to primary school activities as soon as possible.
