摘要
为了解标准化管理在消毒供应中心医用耗材成本控制中的实际应用情况,本文以江苏省东台市人民医院消毒供应中心为例进行研究,简单阐述医用耗材管理现状及标准化管理在成本控制中的优势,详细给出落实标准化管理在医用耗材成本控制中的具体应用措施,通过对比常规医用耗材使用方法与标准化管理下的耗材实际的使用情况,得出标准化管理方式能够有效减少医用耗材的使用数量,从而达到控制成本的目的,结合标准化管理要求和特点,尝试提出医院中耗材成本控制的优化建议,旨在意在加强医院成本管理,降低资源浪费现象。
To understand the practical application of standardized management in the cost control of medical consumables in disinfection supply centers,this paper takes the Disinfection Supply Center of Dongtai People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province as an example,simply explains the current situation of medical consumables management and the advantages of standardized management in cost control,gives the specific application measures of implementing standardized management in the cost control of medical consumables in detail.By comparing the use method of conventional medical consumables with the actual use of consumables under standardized management,it concludes that standardized management methods can effectively reduce the use of medical consumables,so as to achieve the purpose of cost control,combine with the requirements and characteristics of standardized management,attempt to propose optimization suggestions for the cost control of consumables in hospitals,which is expected to strengthen the hospital cost management and reduce the waste phenomenon of resources.
