手术前后标准化康复训练对前列腺癌根治术患者术后控尿功能的影响

Effect of Standardized Rehabilitation Training before and after Operation on Postoperative Continence Function of Patients Undergoing Radical Prostatectomy

目的:探究在前列腺癌根治术患者中实施手术前后标准化康复训练对其术后控尿功能的影响。方法:选取2021年2月-2022年2月于我院泌尿外科治疗的前列腺癌患者96例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组实施手术前后标准化康复训练。比较两组患者的控尿能力疗效、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果:观察组前列腺癌根治术患者的控尿能力疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组前列腺癌根治术患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组前列腺癌根治术患者干预后的前列腺癌生活质量测定量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在前列腺癌根治术患者中实施手术前后标准化康复训练可改善其术后控尿功能,减少并发症的发生,还可提升其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized rehabilitation training before and after surgery on the urinary control function of patients with radical prostatectomy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with prostate cancer who received urological treatment in the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)by random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received standardized rehabilitation training before and after operation.The efficacy of urinary control ability,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The efficacy of urinary control ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of prostate cancer life quality scale after radical prostatectomy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized rehabilitation training before and after operation can improve the urinary control function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life in patients with radical prostatectomy.
