标准化护理在消化内镜室护理质量管理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Standardized Nursing in Nursing Quality Management of Digestive Endoscopy Room

目的:重点探究标准化护理在消化内镜室护理质量管理过程中的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院近一年时间接收的消化内镜诊疗患者80例作为研究对象,按照护理模式的不同对其分成对照组和观察组,针对对照组实施常规护理,针对观察组实施标准化护理,然后比较两组患者的护理质量和医院感染发生率。结果:观察组患者的护理质量评分和医院感染发生率要显著优于对照组,P值小于0.05。结论:在消化内镜室护理质量管理过程中通过标准化管理模式有序推进,这样可以呈现出良好的护理质量和护理成效,为医院感染的有效防控和护理质量评分的提升提供必要支持。因此这种标准化护理管理模式在临床实践中具备推行的价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized nursing in the process of nursing quality management of digestive endoscopy room.Methods:80 cases of digestive endoscopy patients received in the hospital in the past year were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing modes.Routine nursing was implemented in the control group,and standardized nursing was implemented in the observation group,and the quality of nursing and the incidence of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing quality score and the incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the P value was less than 0.05.Conclusion:In the process of nursing quality management in digestive endoscopy room,standardized management mode is promoted orderly,which can present good nursing quality and nursing effect,and provide necessary support for the effective prevention and control of nosocomial infection and the improvement of nursing quality score.Therefore,this standardized nursing management model has the value of implementation in clinical practice.
