Exploring the Neglected Potential Value of Informal Green Spaces:Generation,Theoretical Framework and Approaches

城市各类活动对有限的土地资源争夺不断加剧,在此背景下,非正式绿地成为城市更新进程中缓解绿地空间紧张的重要资源。本文从非正式绿地的潜在价值角度出发,总结提出了支撑性服务价值、即时性服务价值、自发性服务价值3类非正式绿地服务价值,并按照不同类型的服务价值提出研究的方法框架,以期为我国非正式绿地规划建设提供参考。

Under the background of intensified competition for limited land resources in various urban activities,informal green space(IGS)has become an important resource to alleviate the shortage of green space in the process of urban renewal.From the perspective of the neglected potential value of IGS,this paper summarises and proposes three types of service value of IGS:supportive service value,immediate service value and spontaneous service value.According to the value of different types of services,a research method framework is proposed and relevant researches are conducted in order to provide reference for the planning and construction of IGS in China.
