城市轨道交通车辆基地综合利用一级开发阶段的一体化设计创新与实施回顾——以北京地铁16号线北安河车辆段为例 被引量:1

摘要 在城市轨道交通建设不断发展的背景下,轨道交通车辆基地综合利用是平衡建设资金、节约城市土地资源的重要举措。本文梳理了北京轨道交通车辆基地综合利用的发展态势和模式,总结回顾了北京轨道交通车辆基地综合利用的经验与不足,并以16号线北安河车辆段综合利用一体化设计方案为例,提出一体化设计解决二次设计的矛盾、依托本底特征提高空间适应性、提升空间利用率的分区设计、提升场地风貌的环境融合创新、提升景观品质的精细化预留设计、基于综合换乘设计的交通组织创新、基于承载能力的户型可变性设计等。结合项目的落实情况,分析部分创新难以实施落地的原因,以期为北京市即将实施的车辆基地综合利用提供借鉴。 Under the background of the continuous development of urban rail transit construction,the comprehensive utilisation of rail transit vehicle bases is an important measure to balance construction funds and save urban land resources.This paper summarises the development trend and mode of comprehensive utilisation of Beijing rail transit vehicle base,reviews the experience and shortcomings of comprehensive utilisation of Beijing rail transit vehicle base,and takes the integrated design scheme for the comprehensive utilisation of Beianhe Depot of Line 16 as an example,proposing integrated design to solve the contradictions of secondary design,spatial adaptive design based on background characteristics,efficient and balanced zoning space utilisation,environmental integration and innovation to improve the cityscape.Refined reservation design improves landscape quality,traffic organisation innovation based on comprehensive transfer design,and house type variability design based on carrying capacity.On this basis,combined with the implementation plan,the implementation of the integrated design innovation is evaluated item by item,and the reasons for the difficulty in implementing some of the innovations are analysed,i.e.:the design organization process needs to be optimised,the actual development needs change,etc.,in the hope to provide reference for the comprehensive utilisation of the vehicle base to be implemented in Beijing.
