摘要
试验旨在研究不同蛋白水平饲料对锦鲤生长性能、肠道消化酶活性及抗氧化功能的影响。选取270尾初始均重(92.36±3.32) g、体长(14.84±0.32) cm的锦鲤,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾锦鲤。F1组(43.12%)、F2组(41.96%)、F3组(38.21%)锦鲤分别饲喂不同蛋白水平饲料。试验期60 d。结果显示,F1组、F2组锦鲤增重率、特定增长率显著高于F3组(P<0.05)。各组锦鲤肠道淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力由前肠至后肠呈现下降趋势;胰蛋白酶活力由前肠至后肠呈现上升趋势。F1组锦鲤血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力均显著高于F2组、F3组(P<0.05)。研究表明,蛋白水平为43.12%的饲料对锦鲤的养殖效果最好。
The experiment was to investigate effect of different protein levels diets on growth performance,intestinal digestive enzymes,and antioxidant function of Cyprynus carpio.A total of 270 Cyprynus carpio with an initial average weight of(92.36±3.32)g and an initial body length of(14.84±0.32)cm were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates in each group and 30 Cyprynus carpio in each replicate.F1 group(43.12%),F2 group(41.96%)and F3 group(38.21%)were fed diets with different protein levels,respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 d.The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Cyprynus carpio in F1 group and F2 group were significantly higher than those in F3 group(P<0.05).Intestinal amylase and lipase activity decreased from foregut to hindgut in all groups.The activity of trypsin increased from foregut to hindgut.The activity of serum superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase in F1 group were significantly higher than those in F2 group and F3 groups(P<0.05).The study indicates that the feed with protein level of 43.12%has better effect on breeding of Cyprynus carpio.
