虚拟认知训练联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗老年睡眠障碍的临床研究

摘要 目的探究虚拟认知训练联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗对老年睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法选择2021年1月-2022年1月到常德市第一人民医院治疗的老年睡眠障碍患者97例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=47),对照组采取重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组采取虚拟认知训练联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,比较两组患者的日常生活活动能力、认知功能、睡眠情况及生活质量。结果干预前,两组患者日常生活活动能力(modified Barthel index,MBI)、认知功能(montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者日常生活活动能力、认知功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者睡眠情况(PSQI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者睡眠情况优于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年睡眠障碍患者采取虚拟认知训练联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,能够促进患者的日常生活能力及认知功能恢复,同时帮助患者改善睡眠障碍情况,提高生活质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of virtual cognitive training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on sleep disorders in the elderly.Methods 97 elderly patients with sleep disorders treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=47).The control group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the observation group was treated with virtual cognitive training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.The activities of daily living,cognitive function,sleep status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the activities of daily living(MBI)and cognitive function(MoCA)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the activities of daily living and cognitive function of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the sleep quality(PSQI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual cognitive training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can promote the recovery of patients'ability of daily living and cognitive function,and help patients improve their sleep disorder and quality of life,which has certain clinical application value.
