WaveOne Gold镍钛锉与ProTaper Universal镍钛锉在根管治疗中的应用效果比较

Comparison of the application effects of WaveOne Gold nickel titanium file and ProTaper Universal nickel titanium file in root canal therapy

目的比较WaveOne Gold镍钛锉与ProTaper Universa镍钛锉在根管治疗中的应用效果。方法选取深圳市第二人民医院口腔科2021年1月-2022年1月收治的74例需要根管治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例,对照组采取ProTaper Universal镍钛锉根管预备,观察组采用WaveOne Gold镍钛锉根管预备,对比两组根尖碎屑推出量、根管预备时间、去除根充物所需时间、达到工作长度所需时间、根管壁残留碎屑评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组根管预备时间更短,根尖碎屑推出量更少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组达到工作长度所需时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组去除根充物所需时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在根冠1/3处,两组残留碎屑评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组相比,观察组在根尖1/3处和根中1/3处的残留碎屑评分更小,说明观察组碎屑清除效果更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论WaveOne Gold镍钛锉与ProTaper Universal镍钛锉均有不同程度的根尖碎屑推出,与ProTaper Universal镍钛锉相比,WaveOne Gold镍钛锉的根管预备时间更短,根尖碎屑推出量更少,WaveOne Gold镍钛锉的根管预备效率更高。

Objective Comparison of WaveOne Gold nickel titanium file with ProTaper Universal nickel titanium file in endodontic treatment.Methods 74 patients who needed root canal treatment in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ProTaper universal nickel titanium file root canal preparation,and the observation group was treated with waveone gold nickel titanium file root canal preparation.The amount of apical debris pushed out,the time of root canal preparation,the time required to remove root filling,the time required to reach the working length,and the residual debris score of root canal wall.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter root canal preparation time and less apical debris ejection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time required for the observation group to reach the working length is shorter than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the time required to remove the root filling(P>0.05).At 1/3 of the root crown,there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the residual debris score(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the residual debris score of the observation group at 1/3 of the root tip and 1/3 of the root is smaller,indicating that the debris removal effect of the observation group is better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WaveOne gold nickel titanium file and ProTaper universal nickel titanium file have different degrees of apical debris ejection.Compared with ProTaper universal nickel titanium file,waveone gold nickel titanium file has shorter root canal preparation time,less apical debris ejection,and higher root canal preparation efficiency.
