阿替普酶联合阿加曲班对急性缺血性脑卒中患者内皮损伤、血液流变学及神经功能损伤因子的影响分析

Effect of ateplase combined with agatroban on endothelial injury,hemorheology and nerve function injury factors in patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者治疗效果与患者预后密切相关,对此分析阿替普酶联合阿加曲班治疗方法的效果。方法研究开展时间节点为2020年3月,截止时间节点为2022年12月,研究样本为单县东大医院收治的AIS患者,样本数量共有70例,随机分为两组,分别接受单用阿替普酶和阿替普酶联合阿加曲班治疗,记为对照组与研究组。分析两组治疗方案对患者血管内皮、血液流变学以及神经功能恢复的影响。结果观察内皮功能指标NO、ET-1、CGRP治疗前后数据差异变化发现,研究组治疗后内皮损伤得到显著改善(P<0.05);观察两组血液流变学指标包括BV、HCT、EAI、CVR治疗前后数据变化发现,研究组治疗后血液流变学得到显著改善(P<0.05);神经细胞因子NSE、NGF、BDNF、S100β治疗后均得到显著改善,但研究组改善幅度较大(P<0.05)。结论AIS疾病采用阿替普酶、阿加曲班联合治疗可改善患者血管内皮损伤、调节血液流变学指标、促进患者神经功能恢复,最终改善患者临床症状,值得推广。

Objective The treatment effect of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is closely related to the prognosis of patients.To analyze the application effect of ateplase combined with agatroban.Methods The study was carried out on March 2020 and the deadline was December 2022.The study sample was 70 AIS patients admitted to our hospital.The number of samples was 70,and they were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with ateplase and agatroban respectively,and were recorded as the control group and the study group.The effects of the two groups of treatment schemes on the vascular endothelium,hemorheology and nerve function recovery of patients were analyzed.Results The changes of the data of NO,ET-1 and CGRP before and after treatment showed that the endothelial injury in the study group was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05);observe the data changes of hemorheology indexes including BV,HCT,EAI and CVR before and after treatment in the two groups.It was found that hemorheology in the study group was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05);neurocytokines NSE,NGF,BDNF,S100βafter treatment,all patients were significantly improved,but the improvement in the study group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment with alteplase and agattriban for AIS disease can improve vascular endothelial injury,regulate hemorheology,promote neurological function recovery,and ultimately improve clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
