基于心理支持的四手操作对口腔门诊患儿配合度的影响

The influence of four-hand operation based on psychological support on the degree of cooperation of children in oral clinic

目的探讨基于心理支持的四手操作对口腔门诊患儿配合度的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月江南大学附属儿童医院(无锡市儿童医院)口腔门诊患儿1072例,随机分为对照组(n=536)和实验组(n=536),对照组给予常规操作,实验组给予基于心理支持的四手操作,比较两组患儿心理状态[儿童焦虑量表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁量表(DSRSC)]、配合度、操作时间及家属满意度。结果两组操作后SCARED、DSRSC评分低于操作前,实验组操作后SCARED、DSRSC评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组配合率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组家属满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于心理支持的四手操作可改善口腔门诊患儿心理状态、配合度,缩短了操作时间,提高了家属满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of four-hand operation based on psychological support on the cooperation degree of children in oral clinic.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,1072 children in the outpatient department of stomatology in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=536)and experimental group(n=536).The control group was given routine operation,and the experimental group was given four-handed operation based on psychological support.The psychological status of children in the two groups[SCARED,DSRSC],cooperation,operation time and family satisfaction were compared.Results The SCARED and DSRSC scores after operation in the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the SCARED and DSRSC scores after operation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the cooperation rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of family members in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-hand operation based on psychological support can improve the psychological state and cooperation of children in oral outpatient department,shorten the operation time,and improve the satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
