前馈控制的康复护理应用于甲状腺术后患者的效果

The effect of feedforward control rehabilitation nursing in patients after thyroidectomy

目的探讨前馈控制的康复护理应用于甲状腺术后患者的效果。方法将广州市第十二人民医院91例甲状腺术后患者按时间分为常规组45例(2019年1月-2021年2月),前馈组46例(2021年3月-2022年5月),常规组予以常规护理,前馈组在前者基础上予以前馈控制的康复护理,观察两组患者咽喉不适、负性情绪、生活质量、并发症发生率及护理人员护理质量。结果干预后各时间节点,前馈组咽喉症状得分均低于常规组(P<0.05);前馈组SDS、SAS得分低于常规组(P<0.05);前馈组QOL各维度评分高于常规组(P<0.05);前馈组并发症总发生率(4.35%)低于常规组(20.00%)(P<0.05);前馈组护理人员护理技能、护理实践得分高于常规组,护理风险发生率(0.00%)、护理纠纷发生率(2.17%)低于常规组(13.33%、17.78%)(P<0.05)。结论前馈控制的康复护理应用于甲状腺术后患者有助于缓解患者咽喉不适,改善负性情绪,提高生活质量,提升护理人员护理质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of feedforward control rehabilitation nursing in patients after thyroid surgery.Methods Guangzhou 12 people's hospital 91 thyroid patients according to time divided into conventional group 45 cases(January 2019 to February 2021),feedforward group 46 cases(March 2021 to May 2022),conventional group routine care,feedforward group based on the former feedforward control rehabilitation nursing,observe the two groups of patients with throat discomfort,negative mood,quality of life,complication rate and nursing staff care quality.Results At each time node after the intervention,the throat symptom scores in the feedforward group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the SDS and SAS scores of the feedforward group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the QOL score of the feedforward group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the overall incidence of complications in the feedforward group(4.35%)was lower than that in the conventional group(20.00%)(P<0.05);the feedforward group caregivers had higher nursing skills,nursing practice scores than the conventional group,the incidence of nursing risk(0.00%)and nursing dispute(2.17%)was lower than that of the conventional group(13.33%and 17.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of feed-forward controlled rehabilitation care in patients after thyroid surgery is helpful to relieve throat discomfort,improve negative mood,improve the quality of life,improve the quality of nursing staff,and reduce the incidence of complications.
