中医穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗恶性肿瘤化疗相关胃肠道反应及睡眠障碍的效果研究

Effect of acupoint massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of gastrointestinal reactions and sleep disorders associated with chemotherapy for malignant tumors

目的研究中医穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗恶性肿瘤化疗相关胃肠道反应及睡眠障碍的效果。方法选取2022年8月-2023年2月青海省中医院收治的110例患有恶性肿瘤并化疗的患者作为调研对象,随机分为两组,每组各55例患者,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用中医穴位按摩以及穴位贴敷进行治疗。比较两组患者的相关胃肠道反应、睡眠障碍情况。结果观察组总有效率98.18%,高于对照组的83.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后KPS评分高于对照组,C-GITSI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PSQI评分各项均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患有恶性肿瘤的患者在化疗后采取中医穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷能有效改善患者化疗后的胃肠道反应,改善患者的睡眠情况,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of acupoint massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of gastrointestinal reactions and sleep disorders related to chemotherapy for malignant tumor.Methods A total of 110 patients with malignant tumor and chemotherapy treated in Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage and acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The related gastrointestinal reactions and sleep disorders were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.18%,which was higher than that of the control group 83.64%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the C-GITSI score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with acupoint application in patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy can effectively improve the gastrointestinal reaction and sleep of patients after chemotherapy,which has high clinical application value.
