中成药治疗对冠心病PCI术后患者主要不良心血管事件的影响

摘要 目的探讨中成药治疗对冠心病PCI术后患者发生主要不良心血管事件(MACE)的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年11月-2021年11月在首都医科大学密云教学医院心内科行PCI治疗的冠心病患者的临床资料,分为单纯西药组(166例)和中西医结合组(126例)。采用Logistic回归分析影响患者发生MACE的因素。结果多因素分析结果显示,吸烟、糖尿病是患者1年内发生MACE的危险因素。而口服中成药是保护性因素。中西医结合组患者1年内发生MACE的风险低于单纯西药组(7.9%vs 16.9%,P=0.03)。结论吸烟、糖尿病是影响冠心病PCI术后患者发生MACE的独立危险因素;中成药治疗能降低MACE的发病率,改善患者预后。 Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese patent medicine on the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods Clinical data of patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in the Department of Cardiology,Miyun Teaching Hospital,Capital Medical University from November 2020 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into simple Western medicine group(166 cases)and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(126 cases).Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of MACE in patients.Results The results of multivariate analysis showed that smoking and diabetes were the risk factors for MACE within 1 year.And oral Chinese patent medicine was the protective factor.The incidence of MACE within 1 year in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was lower than that in the simple western medicine group(7.9%vs16.9%,P=0.03).Conclusion Smoking and diabetes were independent risk factors for MACE in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Chinese patent medicine treatment can reduce the incidence of MACE and improve the prognosis of patients.
