磁热疗法联合中医定向透药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者病情控制及生活质量的影响

Influence of magnetothermal therapy combined with TCM directional drug penetration on disease control and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨磁热疗法联合中医定向透药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者病情控制及生活质量的影响。方法2021年2月-2022年2月选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者80例为观察对象,采用信封法随机分组,将患者分为观察组及对照组,每组各40例。对照组行常规平喘、吸氧、抗炎、祛痰治疗,同时给予常规护理指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施磁热疗法联合中医定向透药,比较两组治疗前后临床症状、病情控制情况及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组干预后临床症状积分及COPD疾病临床测试量表(CAT)评分较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),观察组干预后第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、6min步行距离(6MWT)较对照组明显提升(P<0.05)。观察组干预后COPD生活质量总评分及相关维度评分较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论磁热疗法联合中医定向透药有助于改善COPD患者临床症状及呼吸功能,有利于患者病情控制,从而改善患者生活质量的影响。

Objective To explore the effect of magnetothermal therapy combined with TCM directional penetrating medicine on disease control and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)were selected as the observation objects from February 2021 to February 2022.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by the envelope method.The control group were given with routine antiasthmatic,oxygen inhalation,anti-inflammatory,and expectorant treatment,and control group were given with routine nursing guidance at the same time.The observation group were given with magnetic heat therapy combined with TCM directional penetrating medicine.The clinical symptoms and disease control,condition and improvement in quality of life of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The clinical symptom score and COPD disease clinical test scale(CAT)score of observation group after intervention were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume(FEV1),maximal expiratory flow,and 6-min walking distance(6MWT)of observation group after intervention were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life of observation group after intervention were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetic thermal therapy combined with TCM directional drug penetration can help improve the clinical symptoms and respiratory function of patients with COPD,and is conducive to the control of the patient's condition,thereby improving the impact on the quality of life of patients.
