摘要 生物育种是农业领域的重要任务,而有效的项目管理对于提高育种效率和作物品质至关重要。本研究旨在探讨数智管理在生物育种项目管理中的创新方法和实践,介绍了生物育种项目管理的重要性和挑战,阐述了数智管理的概念、特点以及在生物育种项目管理中的潜在优势。进一步重点探讨了数智管理在生物育种项目管理中的关键技术与工具,包括数据采集与整理、数据分析与建模以及决策支持与优化。通过实践案例的研究,展示了数智管理在生物育种项目管理中的应用模型,如基于数据驱动的精准育种和利用人工智能和机器学习优化作物品种筛选过程等。本研究还讨论了数智管理在生物育种项目管理中面临的挑战和未来发展方向,以及可行性和推广策略。本研究的结果强调了数智管理在生物育种项目管理中的重要性和潜在优势,为进一步提升生物育种项目管理效能提供了有益的指导。 Plant breeding is an important task in the field of agriculture,and effective project management is crucial for improving breeding efficiency and crop quality.This study aims to explore innovative methods and practices of data-driven management in plant breeding projects.It introduces the importance and challenges of project management in plant breeding,elucidates the concept,characteristics,and potential advantages of data-driven management.Furthermore,it focuses on key technologies and tools of data-driven management in plant breeding projects,including data collection and organization,data analysis and modeling,and decision support and optimization.Through case studies,the application models of data-driven management in plant breeding project management are demonstrated,such as precision breeding driven by data and the utilization of artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize crop variety selection processes.The study also discusses the challenges and future directions of data-driven management in plant breeding project management,as well as the feasibility and promotion strategies.The findings highlight the importance and potential advantages of data-driven management in plant breeding project management,providing valuable guidance for improving the efficiency of plant breeding project management.
