摘要
植物激素乙烯、茉莉酸等在橡胶树生长发育、产量和品质形成中具有重要作用。近年来,植物激素检测方法在前处理技术、检测仪器和检测数量等方面均取得重要进展。随着橡胶树研究从产量调控向品质形成转变,精确的激素检测方法的作用愈加凸显。本研究从样品前处理技术和仪器分析两方面详细综述了乙烯、烯茉莉酸等主要植物激素检测方法的研究进展,并结合橡胶树生长发育和品质形成调控机制,展望了在橡胶树生理与分子机制研究中的应用前景,为橡胶树激素精确定量、橡胶树产量和品质调控技术研究打下坚实基础。
Ethylene,Jasmonic acid,and others phytohormones play important roles in rubber tree growth and development,yield and equality formation.In recent years,the detection methods of plant hormones have made great progress in pretreatment,detection equipment and detection number of hormones.With the change from yield regulation to quality formation in rubber tree research,the role of accurate hormone detection method is becoming more and more prominent.In this study,we summarized the research progress of detection method from sample pretreatment and instrument analysis for jasmonic acid and ethylene,etc.Furthermore,combing with the regulation mechanisms in rubber tree growth and development,put forward the application prospect of the main hormone detection method in physiological and molecular mechanism of rubber tree,which lay a solid foundation for technology research of precise hormone measurement,yield and quality control in rubber tree.
