Exploration and practice of combined teaching ward rounds for pathologists and dermatologists

教学查房是在指导医师引导下,利用临床病例,以住院医师为主体,通过师生交流、讨论、总结以培养住院医师临床诊治、临床思维、职业素养等胜任力为目标的一项综合性临床教学实践活动。病理诊断是临床疾病诊断的金标准。在皮肤病理诊断实施过程中,病理医生需要结合临床信息、大体特征及组织学检查等资料经综合判断才能进行明确诊断。为提高住院医师对疾病的认识,熟悉临床诊疗技术,掌握疾病的诊治经过,发挥多学科综合力量,华北理工大学附属医院病理科与皮肤科协作,开展皮肤科与病理科住院医师联合教学查房。

Teaching Rounds is a clinical teaching practice using real clinical cases under the guidance of clinical teachers,and students as the main body,to cultivate residents'competence in clinical diagnosis and treatment,clinical thinking and professional quality through communication,discussion and summary.Pathological diagnosis is the"gold standard"of clinical disease diagnosis.During the implementation of skin pathological diagnosis,pathologists need to make a definite diagnosis by combining clinical information,gross manifestations and histological examination data.In order to improve the understanding of diseases among residents,familiarize them with clinical diagnosis and treatment techniques,and master the diagnosis and treatment process of diseases,the implementation plan of joint teaching rounds for dermatology/pathology residents was formulated after consultation with the dermatology department.
