摘要
目的探讨PDCA提高非影像专业住院医师在放射科轮转的培训效果。方法将2019年1月至2020年9月期间所有在放射科轮转的非影像专业住院医师作为研究对象,分为观察组(50人)和对照组(63人)。比较两组住院医师的出科考核成绩及对指导医师和教学方法的满意度。结果对照组的理论考核及技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.001),对指导医师及教学方法的满意度也明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论PDCA能够有效提高非影像专业住院医师在放射科轮转的培训质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of the PDCA cycle combined with online survey system in the standardized training of non-medical imaging residents in the department of radiology.Methods One hundred and thirteen non-medical imaging residents from January 2019 to September 2020 were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=63),according to whether to implement the PDCA cycle.The teaching effects and satisfaction of the two teaching models were compared.Results The theoretical and skill scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001),as well as the satisfaction with teachers and teaching methods(P<0.001).Conclusion The PDCA cycle can effectively improve the quality of radiology teaching for non-medical imaging residents,which is worthy of promotion.
