面向智慧图书馆的学科资源门户建设研究

Research on the Construction of a Subject Resource Portal for Smart Libraries

[目的/意义]在智能时代背景下,构建面向智慧图书馆的学科资源门户以满足不同用户群体对学科服务及时性、精准性与专业化的需求,有助于加快主动的学科化、知识化及精准化的资源集成服务转型。[方法/过程]通过调研国内“双一流”高校图书馆学科资源门户的建设现状与存在的问题,强调建设面向智慧图书馆的学科资源门户的必要性。基于高校师生对学科资源门户的需求调研与分析,对该学科资源门户的总体架构与核心功能展开设计。[结果/结论]构建包括物理层、源数据层、技术层和应用层4个层级的学科资源门户总体架构,总结出面向智慧图书馆的学科资源门户应具有用户需求精准识别、细粒度化资源聚合与资源智能推送三大核心功能。

[Purpose/Significance]In the background of the intelligent era,constructing a subject resource portal for smart libraries to meet the needs of different user groups for timely,accurate and professional disciplinary services will help accelerate the transformation of proactive disciplinary,knowledge-based and accurate resource integration services.[Method/Process]This paper investigated the current situation and problems of the construction of subject resource portals in libraries of“double-class”universities in China,and highlighted the necessity of building disciplinary resource portals for smart libraries.The overall architecture and core functions of the subject resource portal were designed based on the research and analysis of the requirements of the subject resource portal by teachers and students in universities.[Result/Conclusion]The overall architecture of the subject resource portal is constructed with four layers:physical layer,source data layer,technology layer and application layer.It is concluded that the subject resource portal for smart libraries should have three core functions:precise identification of user needs,fine-grained resource aggregation and resource intelligent pushing.
