智慧图书馆的全数据体系研究

Research on the Full Data System of Smart Library

[目的/意义]数据是智慧服务的基石,智慧图书馆从理论研究走向实践阶段,更加需要数据的支撑,因此开展智慧图书馆全数据体系的研究,强化智慧图书馆所需的完整的数据构建与治理,这对智慧图书馆的建设和发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以数字阅读的数据细节、零数据的分析为例,论证更加细粒度、更加重视被忽略的数据等与可见的数据共同形成全数据体系,对于智慧图书馆管理和服务具有十分重要的价值,提出智慧图书馆的全数据体系和图书馆应具备的关键数据能力。[结果/结论]结合智慧图书馆研究和实践的经验,认为智慧图书馆全数据体系包括文献元数据、文献内容数据化数据、全面信息管理系统的运行数据、读者行为数据、支持智慧图书馆系统的知识库以及零数据共六类,而智慧图书馆的五种关键的数据能力包括数据集中管理的能力、文献资源的数据化能力、提高智慧服务感知度的行为数据应用能力、知识库的共建共享能力和零数据分析能力。

[Purpose/Significance]Data is the cornerstone of smart service.Smart library needs more data support from theoretical research to practice stage.Therefore,this paper carries out the research on the full data system of smart library,and strengthens the complete data construction and management required by smart library,which is of great significance to the construction and development of smart library.[Method/Process]The paper took the analysis of data details and zero data of digital reading as an example to demonstrate that more granular and more attention was paid to the ignored data,together with visible data to form a full data system,which was of great value for the management and service of smart libraries.It proposed that the full data system of smart libraries and libraries should have key data capabilities.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the research and practice experience of the smart library,this paper holds that the full data system of the smart library consists of six categories,including literature metadata,literature content data,operation data of the comprehensive information management system,reader behavior data,knowledge base supporting the smart library system and zero data.The five key data capabilities of the smart library include the ability of centralized data management,the ability of digitized literature resources,the ability of behavioral data application to improve the perception of smart services,the ability of co-construction and sharing of knowledge base and the ability of zero-data analysis.
