An Evidence-Based Acquisition Study Based on a Trilateral Evolutionary Game

[目的/意义]以图书馆新兴资源采购模式——循证采购为中心,研究其相关主体之间的演化博弈模型,促进循证采购的发展。[方法/过程]通过对循证采购的梳理,构建图书馆、用户、资源商三方演化博弈模型,分析其复制动态方程与演化稳定策略并通过MATLAB进行仿真模拟,剖析不同参数对促进循证采购演化的影响,厘清其相关对象的交互关系和关联关系,洞悉循证采购的动力。[结果/结论]该模型存在两个演化稳定策略,结合博弈结果与实际情况对循证采购的发展提出建议。

[Purpose/Significance]This paper focuses on the new emerging resource acquisition model of library——evidence-based acquisition,and investigates the evolutionary game model among its related players to promote the development of evidence-based acquisition.[Method/Process]This paper constructed a tripartite evolutionary game model of libraries,users,and resource providers by sorting out evidence-based acquisition,analyzing its replication dynamic equations as well as evolutionary stabilization strategies and simulating them through MATLAB.Then it dissected the impact of different parameters on facilitating the evolution of evidence-based acquisition,clarified the interaction and association of their related objects,and gained insight into the dynamics of evidence-based acquisition.[Result/Conclusion]The model has two evolutionary stabilization strategies,and suggestions are made for the development of evidence-based acquisition by combining the game results with the actual situation.
