Ten-year Development and Future Prospects of Library in the Tibet Autonomous Region

西藏自治区图书馆从1996年开馆至今从传统图书馆成功步入现代图书馆的转型期。特别是党的十八大以来的10年里,事业发展日新月异。正当党的二十大胜利召开之际,本文回顾自治区图书馆过去10年在基础建设、服务效能、资源建设、阅读推广、数字服务、古籍保护、学会协作等方面所取得的成绩,同时思考制约向“第三代图书馆”发展的瓶颈,谋划未来发展对策。

The library in the Tibet Autonomous Region has successfully entered the transition period from conventional library to modern library since its opening in 1996.Especially in the ten years since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the library has developed rapidly.On the occasion of celebrating the convening of the 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper reviews the achievements of these libraries in infrastructure construction,service efficiency,resource construction,reading promotion,digital services,ancient book protection,academic collaboration and so forth in the past decade.At the same time,it deliberates on the obstacles that restrict the development of the modern library,and the plans for future development.
