食品接触材料及制品中三环癸烷二甲醇迁移量气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法研究

Study on Determination of Tricycledecanedimethanol Migration in Food Contact Materials and Products by GC-MS Method

摘要 本文建立了食品接触材料及制品中三环癸烷二甲醇迁移量的气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)方法。食品接触材料及制品经4%乙酸、10%乙醇、20%乙醇、50%乙醇、95%乙醇和异辛烷进行迁移试验后,水基模拟液经乙酸乙酯萃取后浓缩,其他模拟物直接浓缩,浓缩试液中的三环癸烷二甲醇经衍生化反应后直接进样,采用内标法定量。三环癸烷二甲醇在质量浓度为0.01~0.1 mg/L范围内均具有良好的线性,相关系数r均大于0.997,方法检出限均为0.004 mg/kg,定量限均为0.01 mg/kg,加标回收率在88.6%~118%之间,方法重复性精密度(RSD)均低于8%。该方法的准确性较高、精密度较好,可用于食品接触材料及制品中三环癸烷二甲醇迁移量的检测。 In this study,a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of the migration of tricycledecanedimethanol in food contact materials and products had been established.After the migration test of food contact materials and products by 4% acetic acid,10% ethanol,20% ethanol,50% ethanol,95% ethanol and isooctane,the water-based simulated solution was extracted by ethyl acetate and concentrated,and other simulants were directly concentrated.The tricycledecanedimethanol showed good linearity in the range of mass concentrations ranging from 0.01 to 0.1 mg/L with correlation coefficients more than 0.997,the limit of detection of the method was 0.004 mg/kg and the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg/kg.The spiked recoveries ranged from 88.6%to 118%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was lower than 8%.The method has high accuracy and precision,and can be used to detect the migration of tricycledecanedimethanol in food contact materials and products.
