进境亚麻籽中杂草种子干热处理研究

摘要 本研究以哈萨克斯坦进境亚麻籽中混杂的11种杂草种子为研究对象,通过不同高温干热条件的比较筛选(70℃1 h、100℃1 h、130℃1 h),得出进境亚麻籽中杂草种子最佳检疫处理方式。试验证明,11种杂草种子的发芽率随着温度升高而变化,干热条件设置为130℃1 h时,11种杂草种子全部失去活力,发芽率为0%。研究发现,当选择干热处理作为杂草种子的检疫处理方式时,必须提前摸索最佳的干热处理温度,不当的干热处理对部分杂草种子有促进萌发的反作用。本研究通过不同高温干热条件的比较筛选,得出进境亚麻籽中杂草种子最佳检疫处理方式,以期为进境植物源性食品中杂草种子检疫处理提供思路。 This study focused on 11 kinds of weed seeds mixed in the imported flaxseeds from Kazakhstan,through the comparison and screening of different high temperature,dry heat conditions(70℃ 1 h,100℃ 1 h,130℃ 1 h),and obtained the best quarantine treatment method of weed seeds in the imported flaxseeds.The experiment proved that the germination rate of 11 weed seeds changed with the increase of temperature.When the dry heat condition was set at 130℃ for 1 h,all 11 weed seeds lost their vitality,and the germination rate was 0%.This study found that when choosing dry heat treatment as the quarantine treatment method for weed seeds,it is necessary to explore the optimal dry heat treatment temperature in advance.Improper dry heat treatment has a counter effect on promoting germination of some weed seeds.This study compared and screened different high temperature,dry and hot conditions to determine the optimal quarantine treatment method for weed seeds in imported flaxseed,in order to provide ideas for the quarantine treatment of weed seeds in imported plant-based foods.
