摘要
本文采用酸性氧化电位水用于景观水灭菌效果的研究,选取酸性氧化电位水中杀灭对数值最高的电位水用于景观水消毒灭菌实验,寻找灭菌效果最优的浓度和时间。结果表明,5种电位水对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均大于5;对枯草芽孢杆菌芽孢的杀灭对数值最高大于6.04;对黑曲霉孢子杀灭对数值最高为4.48;酸性氧化电位水对景观水中菌落总数的杀菌效果随着浓度、时间增加逐渐增强,当浓度达到20μl/L,8 min后能将景观水1中的菌落全部杀死,当浓度达到8μl/L,10 min后能彻底杀死景观水2中的微生物菌落,当酸性氧化电位水浓度为0.75μl/L,10 min后可彻底杀死景观水2中的总大肠菌群。酸性氧化电位水对景观水的色度和浑浊度在短时间无影响。酸性氧化电位水作为一种杀菌效果好,环保、无污染的消毒剂用于景观水处理中,既可以改善景观水水质,又无副作用,对国内景观水的处理具有重要意义。
In this paper,the sterilization effect of landscape water with acid electrolyzed oxidizing water was studied.The electrolyzed oxidizing water with the highest killing logarithm was selected for the disinfection and sterilization experiment of landscape water to find the optimal concentration and time for sterilization.The results showed that the sterilization of the five disinfectants to Staphylococcus aureus was all greater than 5,the best sterilization to Bacillus subtilis spores was greater than 6.04,and the best sterilization to Aspergillus Niger spores was 4.48;the sterilization effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water on Aerobic plate count in landscape water was gradually enhanced with the increase of concentration and time.When the concentration reached 20 μl/L,the bacteria in landscape water 1 could be killed completely after 8 min,colority the concentration reached 8 μl/L,the bacteria in landscape water 2 could be killed completely after 10 min;when the concentration of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water was 0.75 μl/L,the total coliforms in landscape water 2 could be killed completely after 10 min.It has no effect on colority and turbidity in a short time.As a kind of disinfectant with better sterilization effect,environmental protection and no pollution,acid electrolyzed oxidizing water can not only improve the quality of landscape water,but also have no side effects.It is of great significance to the treatment of domestic landscape water.
