摘要
矿井防治水工作的开展与工程地质条件和防治水技术措施等多种因素相关,针对矿井多种保水采煤技术的选择难以有效量化的问题,以柳塔煤矿为例,依托系统工程原理,运用层次分析法建立保水采煤技术的层次分析结构,根据结构中不同指标的适用性程度建立判断矩阵并进行评价计算。结果表明:留设防水煤柱法最适用于柳塔煤矿的工程地质条件,限高开采法与注浆封堵法的适用性较差,条带开采法与充填开采法的适用性最差。实施保水采煤技术时,应注意优化采煤方法,并加强煤岩力学性质,煤层赋存状态与地质构造对保水采煤技术影响的研究,降低对于采矿技术装备的需求可有效节约生产成本。
The development of mine water control work is related to various factors such as engineering geological conditions and technical measures for water control.In view of the problem that it is difficult to rationally select various water conservation coal mining technologies,Liuta coal mine is taken as an example,based on the principle of system engineering,the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the hierarchical analysis structure of water conservation coal mining technology.According to the applicability degree of different indexes in the structure,the judgment matrix is established and evaluated.The results show that the water-proof coal pillar method is the most suitable for the engineering geological conditions of Liuta coal mine,the applicability of the high-limit mining method and the grouting plugging method is poor,and the applicability of the strip mining method and the filling mining method is the worst.In the implementation of water conservation coal mining technology,attention should be paid to the optimization of coal mining methods,and strengthen the study of the mechanical properties of coal rock,coal seam occurrence state and geological structure on the impact of water conservation coal mining technology,reducing the demand for mining technology and equipment can effectively save production costs.
