采空区煤自燃分级协同防控方法研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了准确预测、高效防控潘二矿11221工作面采空区遗煤自燃,基于程序升温实验测试,结合指标气体与煤自燃阶段划分理论研究,确定潘二矿1煤自然发火特征温度和指标气体及临界值,从而构建出煤自燃分级预警方法。在此基础上,融合采空区煤自燃“三带”观测研究所确定的最小安全推进度,以及潘二矿已有防灭火系统、措施,构建出11221工作面采空区煤自燃分级协同防控方法。研究成果应用于现场,取得良好成效。 In order to accurately predict and efficiently prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of coal leftovers in the gob of the 11221 working face of Pan No.2 mine,based on the experimental test of temperature programming,combined with the theoretical research on the index gas and coal spontaneous combustion stage division,the characteristic temperature and index gas of coal spontaneous combustion in Pan No.2 mine 1 coal were determined.and critical value,so as to construct a coal spontaneous combustion graded early warning method.On this basis,combining the minimum safety advancement rate determined by the "three zones" observation and research of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf,and the existing fire-fighting systems and measures of Pan No.2 mine,the11221 working face gob coal spontaneous combustion graded collaborative prevention and control system is constructed control method.The research results were applied to the field and achieved good results.
