摘要
为降低煤矿机械设备操作失误,从人-硬件界面、人-软件界面、人-环界面和人-人界面4个方面构建煤矿机械设备SHEL评价指标体系,结合层次分析法和基于端点混合可能度函数的灰色聚类分析构建安全评价模型,通过判断指标安全程度的所属灰类,对煤矿机械人机界面进行综合评价。基于UG和Visual Studio平台,开发煤矿机械人机界面数字化评价系统。以掘进机为例进行实例评价,结果表明,提出的该评价方法合理可行,可方便快捷地判断机械设备人机界面的安全状态,并且评价结果可追溯,以便及时对安全隐患进行针对性的改进,具有普适性。
In order to reduce the operation errors of coal mine machinery and equipment,the SHEL evaluation index system of coal mine machinery and equipment is constructed from four aspects:humanhardware interface,human-software interface,human-loop interface and human-human interface.The grey cluster analysis of the function constructs a safety evaluation model,and by judging the grey class of the safety degree of the index,a comprehensive evaluation of the human-machine interface of the coal mine machinery is carried out.Based on UG and Visual Studio platform,the digital evaluation system of coal mine mechanical man-machine interface is developed.Taking the roadheader as an example to conduct an example evaluation,the results show that the proposed evaluation method is reasonable and feasible,which can easily and quickly judge the safety status of the human-machine interface of the mechanical equipment,and the evaluation results can be traced back,so as to timely improve the safety hazards,is universal.
