摘要
阐述了矿用隔爆绞车与油压站综控系统和程序,系统由可编程控制器、触摸屏、语音芯片、输入、输出信号等组成,详细说明了监控人机界面,给出了程序主要结构框图和部分程序流程图。本综控系统将矿用绞车和油压站的监控统一起来,充分发挥了可编程控制器在自动控制方面的性能,达到矿山安全生产集中控制的目标。本系统功能齐全,性能可靠。
Describes the integrated control system and program of mine flameproof winch and oil pressure station.The system is composed of programmable controller,touch screen,voice chip,input and output signals,describes the monitoring man-machine interface in detail,and gives the main structure block diagram and some program flow charts of the program.The integrated control system unifies the monitoring of mine winch and oil pressure station,gives full play to the performance of PLC in automatic control,and achieves the goal of centralized control of mine safety production.The system has complete functions and reliable performance.
