摘要
针对严重威胁煤矿采空区安全的火灾问题,分析了煤矿井下火灾监测需求,开发了一种基于STM32的煤矿火灾多参数监测终端。通过终端内部元器件采集采空区内多种危险气体信息,利用分布式光纤完成对温度的测量,实验室模拟试验证明,该装置能够实现温度和气体的实时监测,给工作人员提供详细的温度分布情况和气体浓度值,并能及时报警,提高了采空区煤自燃发火识别和预警的时效性和准确性,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
Aiming at the fire problem that seriously threatens the safety of coal mine goaf,analyzes the demand of coal mine underground fire monitoring,and develops a multi parameter monitoring terminal for coal mine fire based on STM32.The internal components of the terminal are used to collect various dangerous gas information in the goaf,and the distributed optical fiber is used to complete the temperature measurement.The laboratory simulation test shows that the device can realize the real-time monitoring of temperature and gas,provide the staff with detailed temperature distribution and gas concentration value,and timely alarm,and improve the timeliness and accuracy of the identification and early warning of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf,It has a broad market application prospect.
