选煤厂除尘微细颗粒图像检测系统研究

摘要 微细粉尘是影响选煤厂生产车间空气质量和人员身体健康的关键因素。为了提高微细粉尘颗粒的除尘效率,实现除尘过程的实时快速评价,提出了基于电凝并技术的选煤厂微细粉尘除尘系统方案,运用计算机视觉技术,对采集的粉尘颗粒图像进行了初始识别、形态学处理和图形数据提取,构建了微细颗粒图像检测系统。实验研究表明,电凝并作用下微细颗粒在高压电场中的凝并效果较好,存在微小颗粒凝并聚集特征,颗粒总数有所减少,最大粒径和平均粒径均有所增加,有利于微细粉尘颗粒的脱除。 Fine dust is a key factor affecting the air quality and the worker′s health in the production workshop of coal preparation plants.In order to improve the dust removal efficiency of fine dust particles and realize the real-time rapid evaluation of the dust removal process,the fine dust removal system in coal preparation plant based on electrocoagulation technology was proposed.The fine particle image detection system was constructed according to morphological processing and graphic data extraction.The experimental study shows that the coagulation process of fine particles in the high-voltage electric field is better under the action of electrocoagulation.There are some coagulation and aggregation of fine particles.The total number of particles is reduced,and the maximum particle size and average particle size are increased.It is beneficial to the removal of fine dust particles.
