公民道德建设铸牢中华民族共同体意识的西藏路径探析

An Exploration of the Tibetan Path of Civic Moral Construction to Consolidate the Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代西藏民族工作的主线,是维护西藏各族人民根本利益、开创党在西藏民族工作新局面的必然要求。公民道德建设是提升全社会文明程度的重要工程,能够夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的思想根基、强化铸牢中华民族共同体意识的情感纽带、营造铸牢中华民族共同体意识的社会氛围,因而是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必由之路。西藏推进公民道德建设铸牢中华民族共同体意识,拥有以马克思主义“五观”为科学指引的理论基础、汉藏等各族人民同根同源同发展的历史基础以及藏地物质文明和精神文明协调推进的现实基础;在此前提下,只有围绕“四个与共”理念加强对公民道德的教育宣传,围绕涵养民族团结精神推动群众性道德实践内涵式发展,围绕维护统一、凝聚人心目的夯实公民道德建设制度保障,才能有效推进公民道德建设铸牢中华民族共同体意识。

Consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation is the main part of Tibet's ethnic work in the new era,and is a necessary requirement for safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet and creating a new situation for the Party's ethnic work in Tibet.The civic moral construction is an important project to enhance the civilization of the whole society,which can lay a solid ideological foundation,strengthen the emotional bond and create a social atmosphere for consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Tibet has the theoretical foundation based on the scientific guidance of the"Five Views"of Marxism,the historical foundation of Han and Tibetan peoples sharing the same origin and developing together,and the realistic foundation of Tibetan material progress and cultural and ideological progress being in harmony.Thus,Only by strengthening the education and promotion of civic morality with the concept of"Four Shares",promoting the connotative development of mass moral practice with the spirit of national unity,and consolidating the institutional guarantee of civic moral construction with the purpose of maintaining unity and unite all people,can we effectively promote the construction of civic morality to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation.
