Watson人性照护理论护理模式在糖尿病足创面封闭负压治疗中的应用效果

Application of Watson humanistic care theory nursing model in the treatment of diabetic foot with vacuum-assisted closure

目的探讨Watson人性照护理论护理模式应用于糖尿病足创面封闭负压(vacuum-assisted closure,VAC)治疗中的价值及临床意义。方法选取2020年7月至2022年5月在南方医科大学第三附属医院接受VAC治疗的糖尿病足溃疡患者100例,以2020年7月至2021年5月的患者作为对照组(n=50),2021年7月至2022年5月的患者作为干预组(n=50)。对照组给予常规护理模式,干预组在对照组基础上给予Watson人性照护理论护理模式。采用医院焦虑抑郁量表、美国卫生保健系统护理关怀工具,对术后第3天两组患者的心理状态、护理关怀服务满意度进行比较;VAC治疗1个月后,对两组患者进行创面治疗情况比较。结果干预组焦虑和抑郁得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组患者护理关怀服务满意度评分、创面治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足创面封闭负压治疗患者应用Watson人性照护理论进行护理,效果确切,值得临床普及应用。

Objective To explore the application value and clinical significance of Watson humanistic care theory nursing model in vacuum-assised closure(VAC)treatment of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic foot ulcer treated with VAC at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from July 2020 to May 2022 were selected,with patients from July 2020 to May 2021 as the control group(n=50)and patients from July 2021 to May 2022 as the intervention group(n=50).The control group was given the conventional care model,and the intervention group was given the Watson humanistic care theory nursing model on the basis of the control group.The hospital anxiety and depression scale and the methodist health care system nursing caring instrument were used to compare the psychological status and satisfaction with nursing care services between the two groups on the third postoperative day.After 1 month of VAC treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of trauma treatment.Results Anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower in the intervention group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and patient satisfaction scores for nursing care services and trauma treatment were significantly higher in the intervention group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Watson humanistic care theory in patients with diabetic foot wound by vacuum assised closure treatment is effective and worthy of widespread clinical application.
