摘要
通过调研大宁县医疗集团的护理质控现状,探索健全护理质控体系、完善护士岗位层级体系、建立健全护士培训体系、增设教学与科研培训内容、加强护理文化内涵建设等的帮扶策略。经过长期驻点帮扶,大宁县医疗集团护理质控、人才培养、护理文化建设以及护理管理等方面均取得明显成效。认为,帮扶工作应重在“扶志”,帮扶举措需结合当地实际进行调整,力求体现精准性和延续性。
Through the investigation of the status quo of nursing quality control in Daning County Medical Group,the paper actively explored measures,including improving nursing quality control system,improving nurse post hierarchy system,establishing and improving nurse training system,adding teaching and scientific research training content,strengthening the construction of nursing cultural connotation.After long-term assistance,the nursing quality control,personnel training,nursing culture construction and nursing management and other aspects of Daning County Medical Group had achieved obvious results.It was believed that the help work should focus on"fostering ambition",and the help measures need to be adjusted according to the local reality,and strive to reflect the accuracy and continuity.
