中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网在类风湿关节炎发病机制中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,抗瓜氨酸蛋白抗体(autoantibodies to citrullinated protein antigens,ACPAs)的产生是致病关键。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)是中性粒细胞受刺激后产生的胞外纤维,由DNA、组蛋白和颗粒蛋白组成,可以使细菌裂解死亡。研究发现,NETs是RA中瓜氨酸化蛋白和细胞因子的重要来源,也是ACPAs形成的重要原因,同时NETs也能促进滑膜成纤维细胞增殖并产生细胞因子。NETs的形成与消除达到平衡时对机体是有益的,然而慢性感染或自身免疫紊乱等病理过程可打破这一平衡,直接引起组织损伤和炎性反应增强。本文对NETs在RA中的致病机制及基于这些机制的靶向药物在RA治疗中的进展展开论述。
