摘要
肿瘤相关性抑郁是肿瘤患者常见症状之一。通过阐述郁证治疗思想的各家学说,发现血瘀是引起肿瘤相关性抑郁的重要病机,进而探讨了肿瘤相关性抑郁与血瘀之间的内在联系,提出从瘀论治肿瘤相关性抑郁,以期为肿瘤相关性抑郁提供新的治疗思路与方法。
Depression is one of the common symptoms in cancer patients.By reviewing different theories for treating the depression syndrome,we believe that blood stasis is a major cause of cancer-associated depression.Furthermore,we explore the internal relationship between cancer-associated depression and blood stasis,and put forward the treatment of cancer-associated depression from blood stasis,aiming to provide ideas and methods for treating the depression.
