头面部银屑病患者自我形象压力与社会适应力的关系

Relationship between the self-image pressure and social adaptability of patients with head facial psoriasis

目的分析头面部银屑病患者自我形象压力及社会适应力现状及二者的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2019年10月至2022年5月于河南省人民医院皮肤科就诊的头面部银屑病患者为研究对象。通过自制调查问卷表、自我形象量表(BIS)、疾病社会适应量表(PAIS-SR)对患者一般资料、自我形象压力、社会适应能力进行调查,分析患者自我形象压力与社会适应力的关系。结果本研究共发放问卷125份,有效回收118份,有效回收率为94.40%。118例头面部银屑病患者BIS得分为(10.12±2.28)分,自我形象压力水平较高61例,占51.69%;PAIS-SR评分为(48.18±3.99)分,整体社会适应能力处于中等水平。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,头面部银屑病患者BIS总分与PAIS-SR总分呈正相关(r=0.314,P=0.001)。不同病情程度头面部银屑病患者的PAIS-SR得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我形象压力较高头面部银屑病患者的PAIS-SR得分显著高于自我形象压力较低者(P<0.05);其他不同人口学资料患者的PAIS-SR得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,疾病严重程度、自我形象压力是头面部银屑病患者社会适应力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论头面部银屑病患者自我形象压力与社会适应力密切相关,患者自我形象压力越高,社会适应力越低。

Objective To analyze the current status of self-image pressure and social adaptability of patients with head facial psoriasis,and the relationship between them.Methods The patients with head facial psoriasis admitted to the Department of Dermatology of Henan Provincial People′s Hospital from October 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method.The general information,self-image pressure and social adaptability of patients were investigated by the self-made questionnaire,self-image scale(BIS)and disease social adaptation scale(PAIS-SR),and the relationship between the patient′s self-image pressure and social adaptability was analyzed.Results A total of 125 questionnaires were distributed in this study,118 questionnaires were effectively recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 94.40%.The BIS score of 118 patients with head facial psoriasis was 10.12±2.28,and 61 patients(51.69%)had high selfimage pressure;the PAIS-SR score of patients was 48.18±3.99,and the overall social adaptability was at a medium level.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total BIS score of patients with head facial psoriasis was positively correlated with the total PAIS-SR score(r=0.314,P=0.001).There was significant difference in PAIS-SR scores among patients with different severity levels(P<0.05);the PAIS-SR scores of head facial psoriasis patients with higher self-image pressure were significantly higher than those with lower self-image pressure(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in PAIS-SR scores of patients with different demography data(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the disease severity and self-image pressure were the influencing factors of social adaptability in patients with head facial psoriasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-image pressure of patients with head facial psoriasis is closely related to social adaptability.The higher the self-image pressure of patients,the lower their social adaptability.
