抑制细长型外转子永磁电机局部过热的方法

摘要 采用有限元法对细长型外转子永磁电机三维温度场进行仿真计算,分析了电机的温度分布及局部过热点产生的原因,并从定子槽型设计、极槽配合选取、转子内径设计、电机谐波抑制、导热材料运用和冷却系统设计等方面,提出抑制电机局部过热的方法,使电机温度分布均匀。试验结果表明,电机的温度计算结果与实测结果吻合较好,由此验证了仿真分析的正确性及抑制方法的可行性。 The finite element method is used to simulate the three-dimensional temperature field of the slender external rotor permanent magnet motor while the temperature distribution of the motor and the causes of local hot spot are analyzed.Furthermore,the methods to suppress the local overheating are proposed in the aspects of stator slot design,selection of the slot-pole combination,rotor inner diameter design,suppression of motor harmonics,application of thermal conductive materials and cooling system design,making the motor temperature distribution uniform.The test results show that the temperature calculation results of the motor are well consistent with the measured results,thus verifying the correctness of the simulation analysis and the feasibility of the suppression method.
