摘要
介绍了一种水泵用高效散热永磁无刷电机的散热结构设计。该结构电机利用膨胀填料和磁力传动特性,通过加速气流在电机壳和散热介质箱之间的循环流动,改善无刷电机的散热效果。经测试验证,所设计的高效散热永磁无刷电机各部位的温升比普通永磁无刷电机低4~8 K,其散热效果明显优于普通永磁无刷电机。
A kind of heat dissipation structure design of the high efficiency heat dissipation permanent magnet brushless motor used in the water pump is introduced.The expansion packing materials and magnetic drive characteristics are used to improve the heat dissipation of the brushless motor by accelerating the circulation of airflow between the motor case and the heat dissipation media box.The test verifies that the temperature rise of each part of the designed high efficiency heat dissipation permanent magnet brushless motor is 4~8 K lower than that of the ordinary permanent magnet brushless motor,and its heat dissipation effect is significantly better than that of the ordinary permanent magnet brushless motor.
