摘要
某核电厂运维人员在执行电缆层通风系统电机测振时,先后发现5台离心风机电机的轴承在运行过程中出现故障频率。通过一系列检测和分析,确定了电机轴承频发故障频率的根本原因,并制定了优化改进措施,最终彻底消除了设备的安全隐患。
It is found that failure frequencies occur successively from the bearings of five sets of centrifugal fan motors during operation when the operational and maintenance personnel of a nuclear power plant performs the vibration measurement on the motor in the cable layer ventilation system.Through a series of tests and analysis,the root cause of the failure frequency frequently occured from the motor bearings is determined and optimization&improvement measures are formulated,finally to eliminate the safety hazards of the equipment thoroughly.
